Love hiking on Gambier Island, are self motivated, a good team leader and are organized?  The Gambier Island Conservancy is seeking a Volunteer Trails Maintenance Coordinator.  This role works with the Conservancy on trail maintenance planning and coordinators community volunteers.  Contact info@gambierc.ca for more information.

Enjoy cleaning up and going to the beach?  Tidelines and beaches always need a good clean up.  Initiate a Shoreline Cleanup or head to the beach in most need.  Contact info@futureofhowesound.org for areas in need.

Take photos in the outdoors? Biodiversity Squamish is a citizen science project (based in Squamish) for documenting biodiversity from ocean to alpine within the boundary of the Howe Sound watershed.   The iNaturalist map provides helpful reference for all types of species found in the region.
